Your final project is to create a travel brochure for an ancient time period. Complete instructions are attached below. This project is worth 50 summative points (equal to a quiz grade) and is due on the last day of school, Friday, May 29, by 12:40 pm (or sooner, which would be great).

On Monday in Language Arts class, students will begin their LA final essay. To support the articles students will read, we will study pollution vocabulary in science class on Monday. Complete the "cloze notes" worksheet, glue it into your science notebook, and USE IT to help you write your LA final essay. Students will receive 10 formative points for the cloze notes, and will also receive 25 summative points (in science class) for the LA final essay. The summative science grade will be based on how well students understand and use the vocabulary in their essay.
